Good evening, everyone. This is your open thread for the night. Feel free to discuss whatever your heart desires. Personally, I'm sick of hearing the word balls. Between Bill Belichick, Tom Brady and the reporters at their press conferences, I've heard the word balls enough to last me three lifetimes. Also, when you hear that word too many times and out of context, everything become very funny and I revert to being a 12 year-old.
As for baseball, things are quiet right now. But here's a reminder of what happened a year ago today:
- Tanaka signs $155 million contract with Yankees
- Cubs move on after Tanaka chooses Yankees
- Japanese pitcher Masahiro Tanaka chooses Yankees over Dodgers
Enjoy your night!
