The Dr. Sem Yankees Show

Great Yankees talk.

Rizzo is obviously hurt. What contending team is going to want to trade for him, let alone give the Yankees anything for him? Not every GM is as dumb or reckless as Cashman.

You're making the same kind of mistake that you're saying that those of us who are dubious about the prospects of trading Stanton make, that is, knowing what other teams are thinking and what Stanton will think about a trade. Yes, the Yankees should make every effort to trade Stanton but it will be a difficult needle to thread.

You can't trade your crap for other teams' valuables.

Houston is the one contending team that needs a 1B. Not happening. What contender needs a guy like DJ LeMahieu? None that i can see. Which contender needs a 2B like Torres? Now, if you put up on the auction block, anyone in the bullpen and Severino, Schmidt, & German.. what can you get for those guys? If they get Carlson, to me that signals Bader is gone and they do have Florial, Pereira, Dominguez, & Jones, in the top 3 levels of the minors. St some point uou havr to develop the pipeline thstcputs the kids on the roster, not just the Chosen Ones.

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
