I am curious, why apparently everyone sees Clase as a better addition than Jhoan Duran? he does have one more year of control on an excellent contract. OBVIOUSLY, Clase is an outstanding pitcher! I believe in a close call, Duran is even a bit better.

EJ you have to be one of the very highest on Jones. he is a GREAT prospect!! there is still an incredibly large chance that he struggles mightily to hit in the MLB level. if the Yankees can find a way to make truly good additions and still keep Jones, I will be happy. but if BC once again does little to nothing and says over and over that it was just not possibl…

Replying to

Jones could DEFINITELY be a good MLB player, but the word is still could!!

why not just extend Bellinger? that gives us 3 good starting OF for the rest of this Judge contract. we can come up with plenty of good options to be our 4th OF.

then you trade Jones for a PROVEN MLB player with years of control.

I would rather have Mason Miller, Jhoan Duran, or Clase for the next 3 or 4 years, along with Judge, Jdom, Bellinger

as opposed to having Judge, Jdom, Jones and no idea who our best reliever is??
