If Volpe is not injured, Yankees need to look for a shortstop for the future. We can only afford keeping McMahon for his defense if the SS and C put up at least league average numbers. Leiter Jr. was alway a mistake on Cashman's part. He was another pitcher with poor numbers that Cashman thought the Yankees could fix. There were better bullpen arms available at the time.

Thanks for the bullpen implosion. I wonder how many pitches Warren threw. He was dealing and could have pitched the 7th inning.
