Doval has to be forbidden from throwing his breaking ball low but in the middle of the strike zone.

the guy has a 100 mph cutter that is utterly formidable when thrown to the top of the zone.

all the guy needs to do is to work the upper corners


and, for variety, work the slider off and away or throw it beneath the zone.
