Still no Dominquez -- but his thumb is still attached.
Wells is back in lineup!
The problem with DJ's "hot" streak -- he can now go 0 for 75 before being removed as starter.
Yankees desperately need Judge to snap out of his slump!
Don't look now, but Judge, Rice, and Goldschmidt all have quickly falling BAs.

well the Yankees continue their bad trend in runs where they score zero runs. It is NOT only this year either!!! we are talking about the ENTIRE history of the Yankees organization they have never won even one game when they have scored zero runs!! i mean in over 100 years you would think they could get lucky and win at least one
so they need to realize it is basically an automatic loss if the score zero. they need to try very very hard to never score zero again
I guess the bats took the night off and Schmidt had a bad first inning. Too many games with bats like this the last few years. When does the front office let the dugout go off their script to try to do some about the dead bats? Before or after they swap out hitting coaches again? Yeah, it's always the hitting coaches fault, even if this is the 3rd set of hitting coaches since 3020. Could it maybe be the hitting philosophy and coaching methods? Oh stupid me! The front office is NEVER WRONG in their thinking. It never needs even tweaks unless analytics says so 😡
May check back in later. If not, chat at y'all tomorrow night. Go Yankees!
I fear the Yankees may be in one of their team hitting slumps. Not fatal, but very frustrating.
earlier today, I had the thought that the team needed Schmidt to throw 47 shutout innings.
other people seem to have a totally different set of thoughts
