My 26-Man Opening Day Roster Prediction

By Derek McAdam

The 2021 season is less than a week away with the Yankees opening up on April 1 at home against Toronto. Spring Training is nearing its end with Aaron Boone and Co. finalizing their roster.

There are several players whose spots are in jeopardy, with some due to the tremendous depth that Brian Cashman has put in place. Others are not having the Spring they want to have and may find themselves in Scranton to begin the season.

Some names may not be on this list since they may begin the season on the I.L. The list is strictly just for Opening Day and may change at any time. Here are the 26 players I believe will be on the roster on April 1.

"This charming and meticulously researched book will remind you of baseball’s power to change and enrich lives far beyond the diamond."

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
