My Thoughts - No, please no. Please, please, please no. There are already enough Yankees uniforms that they wear that aren't the regular uniform.
Can the Yankees, for once, please just stick with tradition? Things do not have to be changed all the time. It is okay to say, "Our uniform is iconic - we're not changing it."
The Yankees newest tradition is breaking all their traditions. How about the go back to winning the World Series?
My Thoughts - That's some very select company. Mantle's best season? 1927 Gehrig. Oh how I hope Ben Rice keeps this up!
My Thoughts - A must read, 100%. My favorite baseball book of all-time. Unfortunately the player names are much less familiar now than back when I read the book and had many of their baseball cards.
My Thoughts - This has always been one of my favorite baseball parks - located right in the quiet little city. (The only problem with visiting Newport is that the Newport Creamery is no longer there. I'd really like an Awful Awful right about now.)
