How many consecutive seasons of the same thing that gets the same results is put up with by Hal?

How many years of same ole results does Cashman see with his own eyes, but yet Cashman tells us (usually through Boone) to trust the process?

But, yeah, I gotta believe there is a lot of truth in your comment. I'm just thinking baseball wise. Too Pollyanic? Yup.

i guess I could go back and look. I do not feel like I am going to do it right at this moment. but to my recollection, in the other Junes the bad baseball has been more of the entire month type of thing, at least some of the time even beginning in the last week or more of May

this time it feels like for 1/3 - 1/2 of the month we were playing good to very good baseball and then we have just completely fallen off of a cliff since somewhere slightly after the halfway point of the month

I am NOT making any type of point here that is meant to defend or make excuse for the…

ok, so i did look it up, but just for this year, not the past few.

after beating CHW on 6/17, the team was 9-4 in June and scoring a LOT

we lost the next day, the 18th. including that loss the team is 3-9 since, basically a 180 degree turn around

Grisham was hurt in a loss to the Jays on 6/12

the team did win the next 4 games (2 vs Jays, 2 vs CHW) without Grisham

since then they have fallen apart. I do believe the loss of Grisham has hurt a lot!

OF COURSE, Grisham gone also coincides with more innings and ABs for Jones who is providing very close to nothing

he is striking out…
