The Yankees scored 3 across the 7th and 8th, but couldn't do more in the 9th as they lose 4-3 to the Orioles tonight.

Who said Goldy has no power.? Without checking, i believe most of his career he hit 25-30 hrs.

I believe that what is being said about him is that he's not demonstrating HR power this season.

aint no denying that he's been a power hitter in the past, just as there's no denying that his career BA is below ,300

we fans are difficult to satisfy. we pore over performances, see all the good but always wish for more and more.

it's been mighty interesting that Goldschmidt is batting .360

while Judge is batting .400

and fans are wondering what's wrong with these guys that they're hitting so darn many singles

yeah, they lost.

they were held down by a starter who was highly experienced and highly skilled.

the Yankees' rookie starter, quite skilled, left the game with his team well behind.

it was Orioles four and Yankees nothing.

but the Yankees changed that,

they battled against the Orioles relievers and rallied late

and insured that it was well better than Yankees nothing

boy oh boy, how many places can you look at that game and find extra runs for the Yanks or take away runs from the Os

Their starter comes out with VERY EASILY his best game of the year. had 9 Ks on the year coming in and gave up 6 HR (more than Rodon)

tonight he Ks 8 Yanks and gives no HRs

and still we had runners on 2b and 3b in the first with one out, and 1b and 3b in the third but got nothing both times((

I think Warren looked better than the final result

GREAT job by Yarborough going almost 4 innings and keeping the Os from adding anything!!

I thought it was encouraging…
