Well, the Dodgers have played the Yankees in two games and have defeated them easily in both.

One can make the argument that two games in late May are meaningless. That the losses are much ado about nothing.

Or one can make the argument that the Dodgers are showing the Yankees which team is vastly superior.

After the first two games against the Dodgers, are you concerned at all about the 2025 Yankees?

Looks like the Yankees knocked Stratton out of the league. Kinda seems Roberts threw in the towel and left Stratton for the wolves to save his bullpen.

I'm still where I was Friday morning: I think the hitting will be good I think the bullpen will be good I keep my fingers crossed about the rotation

Two bad games, even as bad as these, do not a season make, any more than five, great, once-through-the-rotation starts makes one. Let's hope Ryan Yarbrough can be the stopper.

Concerned??? NO -- we're doomed!!! How can this team obviously win the ALE after losing two straight games. If they lose today that will be a disastrous 5-4 road trip. Judge can't seem to get back over .400 -- and OMG!!! Fried lost a game!!!!!! Surely that's a doomed situation -- they will be lucky to win 10 more games this year.

well, it might be that the Gorgons were just starting out when I was in grade school

and their fame was but fleeting.

I am hoping that getting kicked in the teeth like this will wake some of these players up. They are, after all, professional baseball players, some of them at the top of the game.

Better to get that beating now, that lets them do something about it, than in October, where starting a series 0-2 can be hard to overcome.
