I shared my feelings that the "May the 4th Be With You" stadium gimmick has been played out. I appreciated the creativity in it, but it's been done year-after-year and is now very (very) tired.

how about rotating days when all fans are entered in drawings for a lunch with a Yankee legend. they have more legends than any one. i feel like they could do this probably one game in every homestand

No. They will always draw fans, but the giveaways are always fun and a great touch. It's a way for the Yankees to actually say, "Hey fans, we do care about you."

a Bread and Circuses lottery..... in addition to the commemorative t-shirts for all attendees,


a drawing wherein a few winners are selected to receive free admission and free food for 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,1 game(s)

with the grand prize winner awarded the use of the owner's box for self and family for the season's final series against the Orioles
