biggest priority- ZERO yankees get even a teeny tiny injury!! I do not want to see anyone injured, but I spend a lot less time thinking about it / feeling bad about it if they play for any team that is not the Yankees

that is NOT saying that I dont care. simply I just do not give anything close to equal thought to any team that is not the Yankees. it makes sense I would not lose much time worrying about their injuries

beyond all that I am 100% rooting for team USA. after that I am basically rooting for anyone except Japan.

Don't really care about the WBC. I never have. I just don't want to see anyone hurt.

I just hope no one gets injured. I suppose I'm rooting for the USA. I wish Austria had an entry in the tournament.

Yeah, they'll have hot dogs at the games, but no Wieners.

I said I would keep an open mind towards this thing so I'm going to watch a few games of this tournament. In the past I've been largely disinterested. Maybe I'm missing something though. No team Scotland?

Scattering the Ashes.jpeg

"Scattering The Ashes has all the feels. Paul Russell Semendinger's debut novel taps into every emotion. You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll reexamine those relationships that give your life meaning." — Don Burke, writer at The New York Post

The Least Among Them.png

"This charming and meticulously researched book will remind you of baseball’s power to change and enrich lives far beyond the diamond."

—Jonathan Eig, New York Times best-selling author of Luckiest Man, Opening Day, and Ali: A Life

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
