To ensure confusion, I usually only post Game Threads when Yankee games are broad cast on TV which does not normally include oom games on MLBN. I will include ESPN. If folks want GTs for all of them please say something.

I guess he didn't play enough catch with Gibbs before Gibbs left for Alaska. Or he just did a Dave Kingman fielding impersonation.

Blackburn's four shutout innings makes me nervous. That's the type of thing that might motivate Boone to put him in the rotation.

I'm certainly thinking that if Stanton fails as a starter, Boone would, recklessly, draw Blackburn into the rotation as the next bestest option

Thank you Phil.

Also, if someone has an clear listing of the YES games, please post a link.

Even the YES Network itself is not clear.

Note here: https://yesnetwork.com/tv-schedule/

At the top of the page it says the Yankees are on YES tomorrow, March 1. ("Upcoming Games on YES Network" - Yankees at Phillies 1:05 p.m.

But, If one scrolls down to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, it says a college basketball game is on.

I see that, but one would think that they would, at least, have a clear schedule of where to watch the games.

"This charming and meticulously researched book will remind you of baseball’s power to change and enrich lives far beyond the diamond."

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
