NO to Grisham.


At least make contact with Bichette and see if he's OK maybe not even finishing 2026 as the starting SS, and a five year contract. Something they never did with Corey Seager. If they don't sign Bichette, I'm good with signing a glove like Jorge Mateo (who can play CF too), or making Cabrera my primary SS.


Make a trade for a SP or rely on the internal options. Sign guys like Yarbrough or Nick Martinez. Or sign a minor league deal with an invite to Spring Training to guys like Tristan McKenzie, Alec Manoah, or Walker Buehler.


Without a trade, or a solid free agent SP falls to them on a one year deal, my initial…

and the Yankees understand Dominguez' potential. more than 400 PAs in 2025 evidences understanding..... and a 1-year deal with Grisham in unlikely to undo the understanding.
