The change that's needed is simple: Brian Cashman needs to be replaced as Head Baseball Guy. Everything from coaching philosophy, to medical, to scouting, to coaching, to playing comes off his vision. NOTHING, AND I MEAN NOTHING he has done is done in a cohesive manner. He picked his type of manager. He picked his type of coaches, and who he acquires or trains as players can be a whole separate megillah.
