SYNOPSIS:
The Battle of Gettysburg was one of the most important struggles in the history of the United States of America. That battle is one of the most written-about events in U.S. history. The battle has been discussed, debated, refought, and retold countless times, but no author has ever told the story of the battle in a manner such as this. In West Point at Gettysburg, author Dr. Paul Semendinger tells the story of most of the most significant officers at the battle, the ones who graduated from West Point and served with the Union or Confederate forces. Each West Point graduate has his story told in the pages of this comprehensive three-volume series. The stories of these men, all need to be told, and remembered. The long grey line is together, once again in West Point at Gettysburg.
