Breaking News: Aaron Hicks Agrees to a 7-Year/$70M Extension

Earlier this morning, Jack Curry of the YES Network reported, seemingly out of the blue, that Yankees OF Aaron Hicks has agreed to a 7-Year, $70 Million deal to stay with the Yankees.

This deal does include this current year (2019), so it will be signing Hicks through the 2025 season, when he will be 35.

Lots of information to come about this soon. I’ll update as soon as possible around my classes today.
