Volpe showing some good signs. last 2 ABs tonight both up the middle. the last one the CF catches it with his back on the wall

the offense seems to have rediscovered how to score runs. i know they left a lot of runners on in the last 2 games (and i know it is bad!!) but they scored enough to win every game this series


but now they have returned to all the silly little stuff that costs you games that they were NOT doing nearly so much early


the Jays double tag and move 2 guys up on the deep fly from Kirk and both end up scoring. the Yankees NEVER tag the guy from 1b on a deep fly. i think it has happened once this year
