Quick Hit: Would've Been Nice to See Carps Home Run!

But alas...the Yankees were streaming exclusively on Amazon tonight. And here I was all excited after a long week to relax and watch the game...

I am, and will be, so frustrated and angry with the Yankees for taking games away from their fans. This just isn't right. It is so disappointing. One day when the fans give up on the Yankees, they'll all not understand. "Why don't they care about us"" they will cry. It's because they stopped caring about the fans first. This is one of the worst decisions the Yankees have ever made.

That was a long time ago, but I was.

Sportschannel wasn't something my parents were going to pay for so I missed those games. Also, when the Yankees first went to cable, not all the games were telecast anyway. Fans could only see a limited amount of games each year.

BUT, the big difference is we're already paying for YES. The supposed agreement was "We're the Yankees channel, you'll get all the games."

My cable bill didn't go down even though the product I'm paying for has been reduced.

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
