McMahon benched for Rosario -- vs RHP

Bottom four of Yanks lineup is anemic. Actually that would be an improvement.

A's lineup has 10 HRs, Yanks only 8

How hot can Schlittler be on a cold night?

Muncy, 3B -- .314

this is a severely flawed team and it looks as though the anemic 5 run offense

coupled with the mediocre pitching

is going to result in far too many close games

this will have the catastrophic effect of causing Bednar to rack up far too many saves in far too many save opportunities. he'll be burned up after 110 games.

so what if he records 65 saves by game 110.

he'll be tired

we'll be hearing him......

Tired, tired of playing the game

Ain't it a crying shame

I'm so tired

Let's face it. Everything below the neck is kaput!

and then............ who'll take the reins?

will Lagrange be ready?

Meanwhile also, Loaisiga blew his second save of the year, this against the Mets, who won in extra innings. I wish the guy well, but 2 BS in 11 games? Glad he's not with the Yankees anymore.

Replying to

Rosario making Boone look like the love child of Stengel and McGraw, coached by Earl Weaver (3-run homer department).

Replying to

0.2 IP, 4 H, 4 ER, 54.00 game ERA, 10.38 season ERA. He's a disgrace to the Leiter name.
