And there we are. 7-0 Red Sox.

I believe this a Prime game or something like that.

I originally thought the Yankees were just greedy and wanted more money with all these streaming games, but I now understand the errors of my ways...

The Yankees love us.

They want to protect us from watching the team implode.

Thank you, Yankees.

At this rate, it might be a good idea to put all the games on streaming TV in 2024. I might not be watching anyway.

(I wrote yesterday that being one game under .500 might be the high water mark for quite a while.

In two innings the Red Sox scored more runs than the Yankees had hits in their last two games.

Wow, even worse than vs. the Braves: zero outs, and the game is over.

I don't remember even the early '70s Yankees being this gutless, but that could be the haze of childhood.

No, you're right. Thurman would not allow it. That says a lot about leadership.

Rumor has it that Pereira and Wells are coming up either this weekend or Monday. Neither were in the victory line for last night's win.

Why so late? Both maintain rookie eligibility if they're called up after last night.

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
