Game 126: Nats (58-68) vs Yanks (60-65)

Huh???? Yanks bench the ONLY player who had hits yesterday!

Fangraphs has Yanks as 60% favorite to win. I'd put it more like 25%.

My dog (Casey) is ashamed of the Yanks' Casey Offense!

Will the Yanks be Gored?

I don't know if anyone is reading this in real time, but we're in the bottom of the 8th. If the Yankees can put a runner on, Judge will come up and have a shot for a fourth home run tonight. It's one of the few reasons to drop what you're doing and put on the TV.

Ah well, it was fun while it lasted. That's more than one can say about this month in Yankeedom.

Is Judge trying to catch Ohtani in one night?

Sevy, one hit shutout in four innings. Has he found himself again, or is it just that the Nats stink even worse than he does?

Wait, wait, Gore is the clown on the Nationals who wears No. 1 like he's a freaking little leaguer who hasn't had a growth spurt yet. Oh, please, let the Yankees stomp this twit.

Mmmmm, a delicious stomping, mostly courtesy of Judge.

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
