Game 136: Yankees (75-60) vs White Sox (48-87)

Swap out Stanton for Dominguez.

Wells moved up to 6th the batting order.

Surprised Volpe isn't benched for showing up Judge.

Rice at 1B.

The Yankees rely too much on the Walk!

I think the White Sox starter is in the Witness Protection Program.

Over / Under: Yankee HRs, 2.5

A good team would have won this in the bottom of the 10th. A good team wouldn't issue 9 walks yesterday. Let's enjoy taking candy from babies for one more day. Then life gets real again.

Replying to

not quite the same team

it may seem to be the same old when you watch them step in it

but the bullpen is a whole nother river

when Williams coughs up a hairball it aint the end

cause he's stuck in the (late) middle

I’m not sure I will be able to handle the reality of Volpe bunting on his own. For once I want it to be a bad choice by Boone or something. Because is he did that on his own. OMFG

what did it cost to try it?

with the runner a dead duck,

it ends up 1st and 3rd

instead of 2nd and 3rd.

the number of outs in the inning is the same whether they tag the runner at home

or make the putout at 1st
