No need for Stanton to rush back, Rice so far, so good. Just get healthy G.

I hear you, but I'm looking at it as Rice directly replacing Stanton. So far, so good.

As for an internal RHB, so far so good for Everson Pereira in AAA. Has been playing all 3 OF spots with mixing in DH days. Has hit anywhere in the top 4 in the order. With Alex Jackson hurt, they temporarily promoted Jesus Rodriguez, who is 4-11 there and so far between AA & AAA he's only played 3B & C.

Rice is tearing up the pea patch.

those two two-out RBIs pushed the Yankee total to 6 runs scored

and that should be enough to secure the win.

FYI: Spencer Jones starting his 2nd game in LF (has 6 starts in CF, 4 at DH). Also has his 2nd 2 HR game this year. Looks like they did nothing to help him fix his K game, but the other offensive numbers are up so far.

They also made 4 errors tonight, so Schlittler only went 4.1 IP, 6R/1ER.

No comment, after what they did last year.

Why was Warren pulled? Was it predetermined?

Thanks. But 50 pitchers in an inning is reason enough. Hell, 40 pitches is enough to pull any pitcher.
