Jazz to IL -- oblique strain. So much for his self-diagnoses.

Now when Boone plays musical chairs with the lineup he has no Jazz.

Vivas called up -- and SHOCKING gets a start! It's fun seeing MLB debuts!

Dominquez sits....AGAIN.

what are they doing with Dominguez? Other teams ride with their top prospects until they get real comfortable at the plate. It's nice that Grisham is having a good year. They can DH him, rest Judge, rest Bellinger and he will still get at bats. Play the 22 year old almost every day! Besides, Grisham is a free agent after this year.

yes, Grisham will be a free agent.

might be nice to find out whether they're gonna want to keep him

and how much value he brings.

for the moment, he's brought great bang for the buck

and if he keeps it up they can allow Dominguez at a deliberate pace. they can let Jasson get used to left field WITHOUT having lean on him every day.

left field in Yankee Stadium is still spacious and while the weather is still warming, the winds are still swirling. soon there'll be less wind and balls to the outfield become a bit less difficult to judge

Did the Yankees get rid of the Star Wars Imperial Klaxon they used for two-strike counts and replace it with Darth Vader wheezing?

Good inning for Williams. There's no shame in being the 8th inning guy. I remember Mo setting up for Wetteland in '96. Worked out pretty well, as I recall.

Well, he was an All Star, won a ring, and was World Series MVP. Then for '97-'00, he signed a free-agent contract with the Rangers that paid him over $23 million. So it seemed to work out pretty well for him personally.
