Baltimore just lost to Toronto in the bottom of the 9th, so the Yankees have an opportunity to gain a game on them in the standings.

The Dodgers just lost their series to Pittsburgh, losing at least 2 out of 3, and trying to avoid being swept tomorrow. So the Yankees are definitely hotter now than the Dodgers are. Meanwhile, a nail biter in Toronto. Baltimore and Toronto have been tied at 2 for most of their game, now going into the 9th.
