Fried earned his salt tablets tonight
Mixed bag from the three SP prospects going tonight. Ben Hess's appearance was treated more like a rehab appearance. Was wild with 3 walks and 3 punches, 2 ER, 1.2 IP, 42 pitches. Lagrange, has nothing. 4 IP, 4 K, 7BB, 4ER. He'll probably struggle in Double-A the rest of the season. So far tonight in SWB, 4 scoreless, 6 K, 47 pitches. The only issue is that Schlittler is not on the 40, and moving Stroman to the 60, if they are allowed to under the CBA since he's currently already in a rehab assignment, only buys them potentially 2 starts.
Rice must be a fan
cause there's no other explanation
it's clobbering time
or it'll be crying time
too many deep counts for Fried
I want him to give Cincy nothing, but also want Max to last for 7 full innings
