Well, all 4 minor league teams are about to start. HV & SOM both have prospects as their SP tonight.

Wells hit the ball hard 3 times today

Rice hit the ball hard every AB

Verdugo, however, after finally getting off the schnide yesterday, was grossly ineffective today, despite the jays starting a RHP

well if Durbin is not an option, it seems like Jorbit is putting himself in the conversation

IKF's career numbers AB 2461 .263/.316/.353 OPS+ of 84

IKF this year: AB 248 .286/.335/.415 OPS+ 114

As they used to sing on Sesame Street - "One of these things is not like the others"

Random hot streaks or numbers in a handful of games are nothing but statistical noise.

WOW I am shocked. I thought i would turn my computer back on and see a whole conversation about Cousins getting pulled.

i know i am wondering!! what did he throw in the 5th? 7 pitches? it was just a necessity that we get another mediocre arm in the game as soon as possible and hope he could be on top of his game too?

As much as I complain about stuff like that, sometimes it's just too damn repetitive, with the known answers, that we all know why. None of the answers that would be given are truly acceptable or even stomachable (yes, I made up a word), so sometimes I just give it a break.

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.
