It's all my fault! I knew I should have taken Casey for another shirt walk.

yep yep yep!! going forward I guess you and Casey better do one Tommy H walk and one Calvin K walk

and maybe tonight you could work in one walk over to the Boone place and Casey could leave a flaming bag of dog treats on the doorstep))

I hope it is obvious that some of this is even more in jest than other!!!

I cannot believe we are in this position again. The only positive is that if he continues to make these stupid moves or non moves, perhaps they will think it is time to fire him.

It's hard to conceive of any scenario where Cashman will fire Boone. It has to be up to Hal S to completely clean house and that is even less likely. If we want to remain fans, this seems to be what we are stuck with. It's not yet Stump Merrill bad, but they are working on it.

so here we are in the EIGHTH inning. we have THREE solid to good LH bats on the bench. what do we do?

lets let Stanton leadoff the inning vs a RHP

see what i mean about Boone being clueless about subs

and then Goldy makes the second out with the game tying run on base

they wait until 2 outs to PH for Escarra

Boone will NEVER EVER EVER EVER pinch hit for Stanton or DJ or Goldy and probably not for Volpe

it is not analytics that steers the ship. it is very literally stupidity that steers the ship. it is like they wear bracelets that say- WWASMPD

what would a smart person do- then they do the opposite

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.
