Fellow catcher Ben Rortvedt has been recalled in a corresponding move. Trevino tells Chris Kirschner of The Athletic (Twitterlinks) that he’s done for the season and will require surgery. He’s apparently had the issue since Spring Training and has been trying to fight through it."
