I Am Thankful For… (by Ed Botti)

I am thankful for so many Yankees memories. I could go on and on….

These all meant a lot to me:

Chris Chambliss’ 1976 ALCS winning Home Run

Mike Torrez catching the last out of the 1977 World Series

Bucky Dent’s October 2, 1978 home run in Fenway

Thurman Munson catching last out of 1978 World Series in Dodger Stadium

Paul O’Neill’s Game 5 1996 World Series running catch in Atlanta to end the game

Anytime Mariano Rivera threw a baseball

Tino Martinez and his Game 1 1998 World Series Grand Slam

Bernie Williams’ 1996 ALCS game walk-off homer

Graig Nettles and his 1978 World Series Game 3 defense

Don Mattingly hitting a home run in the 1995 ALDS

Jorge Posada’s 2003 ALCS Game 7 RBI double off Pedro Martinez

Aaron Boone’s walk-off homer to win the 2003 ALCS

Hideki Matsui’s 2009 Game 6 World Series – AMAZING!

The Least Among Them.png

"This charming and meticulously researched book will remind you of baseball’s power to change and enrich lives far beyond the diamond."

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
