The Yankees' free fall continues.

The Mets topped the Yankees 6-5 today in Queens.

The Yankees have now lost 5 in a row.

The Yankees are 13-20 since May 30.

The Yanks are 6-15 over their last 21 games.

It's bad. It's very bad.

The bottom has fallen out.

And yet, the manager has no answers. The GM hasn't been heard from in a long time. The owner says nothing.

And the loyal fans suffer through another season like this.

Stroman gave up 3 runs, basically to Soto, in the first 3 innings, but he got thru the top of the NYM order in the fifth to let him complete 5 innings

he has actually had 2 starts that have been solid. in our, Yankee fans, eyes, it likely seems like Stroman has no value. maybe that is true?? but there …

Under normal circumstances (i.e. other major league clubs) Boone would be gone and replaced by someone who can instill some fire in the club. But, of course that will not happen.

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
