There is nothing more to say. At all.
The Yankees were just swept in Toronto. They lost four games in a row to the Blue Jays. They gave away first place to the Blue Jays in this series.
All the posturing during this losing period has been, "Well, they are in first place." No longer. Now they're in second place.
Since May 30, this team is 13-19.
They are 6-14 over their last 20 games.
It's bad. It's been bad. This happens year-after-year-after-year.
Change is needed, but don't worry, after the season the Yankees will promise to do whatever is necessary to figure it out. They'll say, "We only care about winning World Series." And then they'll do the same things, again and again and again.
It's a tired old song and dance.
NOTE - Remember, he didn't need any rehab appearances in the minor leagues...

Yikes, it's not easy being a Yankee fan these days.....
Hey, they're only a game out!
Glad I'm currently in a time zone that prevents me from following these games live. It's just the one getting smacked in face with a cold flounder each morning when I look at ESPN.com's Scores page.
It is officially time to panic. The pitching, which had buoyed the team all season, has now sunk. This now feels like the "we play today, we lose today" team of 2023.
Where is Brennan Davis. He has disappeared from the SWB lineup. I assume he is injured, but no one announces that in the Yankee farm system.
I expect JDom to be on the bench tomorrow…all this running around can’t be good for the kid 🙄
