TRENT GRISHAM HOMERED! Yup... that was the big hit.

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.
Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."

Trade Grishman if possible and bring up Dominguez to platoon at DH and play some CF. There is a logjam in OF and at DH, so somebody has to go.... Stanton has no trade and unless he agrees, he isn't going anywhere, so Cashman has a couple of choices to make.
The unsung hero’s of any sport but particularly baseball. The player in a utility role. TG is ready when asked to play. And Judge shows why he deserves to be Captain. Has his teammates back and is not bashful about expressing his support. Great understanding of the game. It’s what wearing the Pinstripes is all about. Push forward. Go Yanks
It looks like Jasson Dominguez is almost ready to return. After homering in a two-hit game Saturday, "The Martian" upped the ante on Sunday with another jack and four knocks in the Triple-A RailRiders' 12-11 extra-inning win over the Norfolk Tides at PNC Field. The game marked the third straight multi-hit contest for Domínguez, matching his career high in hits. Maybe he can be called up and PLATOON with Giancarlo Stanton, facing right handed pitchers with Stanton facing the left handers.
In other news, Cole looked real good today. He really didn't throw his FB all that much until the 6th inning, where he threw nothing but FBs to strike out both hitters he faced before getting pulled. I think one more start then we can talk about activating him. The only question is, where is he going to pitch, as both AA (@Binghamton) & AAA (@Rochester) are on the road next week.
just when i began to wonder whether some folks were, in their despair, getting ready to proclaim that the Yankees would never again win a game without Juan
we get a reminder that it isn't really Soto who pulls the wagon
he's a human easement
he's a great, great Robin
